Fees & Rebates

Next Chapter Health service fees vary depending on who you see and the type of session you have.

Our psychologists are happy to work with clients who have third-party funding, such as the NDIS (self and plan managed), WorkSafe Victoria, Traffic Accident Commission and Victims of Crime.

Our provisional psychologists are completing their Psychology Board approved internship at Next Chapter Health and offer clients a low-cost service.

A fee of $200 per hour is charged for your psychologist’s clinical expertise and time taken to prepare reports and support letters. A one page letter typically takes between 30 minutes to an hour, so costs between $100 to $200. Comprehensive or assessment reports typically take 4 to 8 hours of work. Medicare rebates are not available for reports or support letters.

Reports and support letters will take a minimum of two weeks from the date of request. Click here to submit a request for a support letter or report.

  • Cancellations

We value your time as well as our own and work hard to provide timely support to our clients.

As such, we ask for at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment.

This enables us to offer the session to someone else needing support and keeps Next Chapter Health financially viable so that we can continue helping all of our clients.

For these reasons, we apply a cancellation fee of 50% for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or not attended without informing us.
